You agree to ensure that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account. You also accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Accessing or attempting to access any of our Resources through any means other than those explicitly provided by us is strictly prohibited. You agree not to use automated, unethical, or unconventional methods to access, copy, or interact with our Resources.

You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and networks connected to them. Furthermore, copying, duplicating, reproducing, selling, trading, or reselling our Resources without our express written permission is not allowed.

You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages we may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a result of unauthorized actions taken by you, and such actions may result in civil or criminal liability.


We may provide interactive tools on our site, including but not limited to blog comments, posts, chat rooms, forums, message boards, newsgroups, reviews, and social media features (“Communication Tools”). You acknowledge that we do not typically pre-screen or monitor content submitted through these tools. Therefore, if you choose to post or share any content, you are solely responsible for doing so in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner.

By posting content through these Communication Tools, you agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that we deem in violation of this User Agreement or that we find otherwise objectionable, harmful, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights. We are not liable for any delay or failure in removing such content. If your content is removed, you waive any claim against us regarding that removal.


We do not assume liability for user-submitted content. However, any content you post using our open Communication Tools—provided it does not violate third-party rights—becomes our property. By posting it, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, and distribute it as we see fit. This does not apply to personal information submitted through the registration process, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our website, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal fees that arise from your violation of this User Agreement or misuse of your account by you or another party. Specifically, we do not warrant that:

  • Any defects or errors in the functionality or operation of the Resources will be corrected.

Additionally, you understand and agree that any content downloaded or obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your devices or loss of data that may result from such activity.

No advice or information—whether oral, written, implied, or expressed—obtained from our website or through the use of our Resources shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this User Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In addition to the Disclaimer of Warranties outlined above, you expressly agree that any claim you may have against us will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the use of our products and/or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages you may incur as a result of using our Resources. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from loss of data, system downtime, service interruptions, order cancellations, corrupted files, or unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.

While we make every effort to ensure consistency in product formulation and appearance, we cannot guarantee uniformity in every order. Variations may occur due to factors such as the use of different lot numbers or other operational considerations beyond our control.

Copyrights/Trademarks

All content and materials available on Lung Pro—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos—are the intellectual property of this website and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of this content, including reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission, is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by this website.

Termination of Use

You agree that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources at any time, with or without notice, for any reason—including, but not limited to, a violation of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may result in termination of your account and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use our Resources will immediately end. We also reserve the right to remove or delete any data associated with your account, including login credentials and stored information.

Shipping & Returns (not applicable to resellers or distributors)

Orders are generally processed and shipped within one (1) business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for destinations within the continental United States. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. may require additional time.

Guarantee (not applicable to resellers or distributors)

Order with complete confidence. Try the Lung Pro System for a full 180 days, and if you’re not completely satisfied or don’t see the results you hoped for, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked. There’s absolutely no risk in giving it a try.

If at any point within 180 days of purchase you’re not satisfied, simply contact our U.S.-based customer support team by phone or email, and we’ll promptly refund 100% of your purchase price. You are not required to return the product—you may keep your order with our thanks.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this website disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
